Description

• Build, expand, and maintain business relationships in the construction sector, as well as with associations, trade organizations, and chambers • Provide personal, written, and telephone support to end customers in the construction sector • Manage, develop, and optimize commercial existing customer relationships across all areas • Acquire new customers through multiple channels in close coordination with the sales channels • Handle public relations and provide regional support to construction partners and relevant organizations • Drive active sales through personal contact as well as video, telephone, and online consultations • Design, plan, and successfully conduct customer events • Systematically increase market share through targeted new customer acquisition • Ensure a high standard of consulting through structured annual reviews and thorough documentation

🎯 Exigences

• Completed training as an Insurance and Finance Sales Specialist, further qualification as an Insurance and Finance Specialist, or comparable background • Professional expertise in the construction sector is desirable • Knowledge of regional markets, construction projects, and customer networks is desirable • Strong initiative in sales and business development • Ability to inspire customers and present construction-related insurance products convincingly • Strong service and customer focus • Ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan workflows according to objective, situational, and economic criteria • Ability to accurately assess the required workload • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools
