Description

• Build and further develop customer relationships • Independently manage your own client portfolio • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure a trusting working relationship • Conduct regular reviews and strategically advance customer relationships • Organize client visits and professionally represent our company externally • Own appointment-setting and sales projects • Coordinate ongoing processes and ensure smooth implementation • Identify optimization opportunities and actively improve client-specific processes • Keep timelines, quality and results under constant review • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and grow existing accounts • Work on strategic account plans and actively contribute to revenue growth • Detect risks early and develop proactive measures to ensure long-term customer retention • Take responsibility for budgets and the financial metrics of your projects • Monitor revenue, invoices and project performance • Work in a data-driven way and make well-founded decisions

• Experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Sales • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities • Strategic thinking combined with analytical insight and numerical aptitude • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Confident and professional demeanor with clients • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and set priorities • Motivation to take on responsibility and grow with us
