Description

• Design, develop, configure, and tailor Click Software solutions, including ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, and Click Field Service Edge. • Convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and system configurations. • Create and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system enhancements. • Develop and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and billing platforms. • Assess scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimize performance within Click environments. • Assist with system upgrades, patch deployments, and the rollout of new features. • Work closely with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams throughout implementation phases. • Provide production support by addressing incidents, defects, and enhancement requests. • Prepare and update technical documentation and support materials.

🎯 Exigences

• 3 to 7+ years of experience with Click Software or Click Field Service solutions. • Practical experience using ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, and ClickOptimize. • In-depth understanding of Click configuration frameworks, rules, and scripting. • Knowledge of field service management principles, including scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning. • Experience developing integrations through APIs and web services. • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, XML, or Groovy. • Experience working with relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
