Description

• Lead AI automation and adoption across accounting and reporting processes • Identify and automate high-volume manual work, including reconciliations, flux analysis, data aggregation, disclosure tie-outs, and first drafts of memos • Build, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and reporting automation in Pigment and NetSuite • Track time savings and quality improvements from automation • Support quarterly and annual external financial statements and footnote disclosures • Populate and tie out financial statement tables and maintain supporting schedules • Coordinate reporting inputs from Accounting, FP&A, and other teams • Prepare flux and variance explanations, key metric reconciliations, and disclosure checklists • Support technical accounting research, recurring memos, analyses, accounting policy updates, and assessment of new accounting standards • Support SOX compliance through internal control design, documentation, operation, and remediation • Independently review financial reporting schedules, disclosures, and reporting packages • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation across a multinational, multicurrency entity structure • Perform intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation • Own lease accounting under ASC 842 • Support accounting integration and system migration of acquired entities • Support debt covenant compliance reporting • Coordinate with internal and external auditors on reporting and control requests • Promote wellbeing and a supportive work environment

🎯 Exigences

• Prior experience with AI tools, SEC reporting, and accounting are mandatory • Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT, with concrete examples of automation or process redesign • Experience building AI workflows or agents is a strong plus • Experience preparing or supporting quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures for a public company • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA preferred • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience • Big 4 public accounting and public company industry experience preferred • Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience researching and documenting accounting conclusions • Working knowledge of SOX 404 and internal control over financial reporting • Hands-on experience with financial consolidations in a multinational, multicurrency environment • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility to work in a fast-growing, agile business
