Description

• Proactively contact potential customers by phone and digitally using a modern CRM system • Qualify incoming leads and identify promising contacts • Schedule appointments for closers and ensure a smooth handover process • Conduct initial needs analyses and generate interest in the solutions offered • Maintain the CRM system diligently and keep information up to date • Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals

🎯 Exigences

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people • High levels of self-motivation, discipline, and a positive attitude—even when faced with challenges • Willingness to learn and develop • Initial experience in sales, customer service, or telephone-based work (nice to have) • Confident user with the ability to quickly grasp new topics (nice to have; wording appears incomplete in the source) • Experience working with CRM systems (nice to have) • Career changers are explicitly welcome
