Description

• Track and monitor operational KPIs to ensure teams are meeting performance expectations and service standards. • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow up on deliverables to maintain alignment between departments. • Maintain updated documentation of SOPs and workflow changes to ensure process clarity and consistency. • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational performance reports for leadership review. • Identify workflow gaps or recurring operational issues and escalate them with structured recommendations. • Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives and internal process adjustments. • Ensure internal systems and trackers remain accurate and up to date.

🎯 Exigences

• 2+ years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or process execution roles. • Strong skills in tracking workflows and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivots preferred). • Familiarity with task management/project tools (Asana/ClickUp/Trello/Monday) preferred. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
