Description

• Manage patient intake and assist with onboarding processes • Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely, accurate support • De-escalate patient concerns with professionalism and empathy • Resolve issues related to prescriptions, payments, and general inquiries • Process payments and issue refunds when required • Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure prescriptions are filled correctly • Follow up with patients and pharmacies to ensure resolution of cases • Escalate complex issues or tickets to the appropriate internal teams • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system

🎯 Exigences

• Previous experience in customer service roles • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality • Experience managing sensitive or escalated situations • High level of attention to detail and organization • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously • Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or Rx-related roles is preferred • Experience handling patient intake or healthcare support processes is a plus • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Professional, empathetic, and calm demeanor • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
