Description

• Active sales of Yara fertilizers and digital tools within the responsibility area of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and northern Brandenburg • Proactive acquisition of new agricultural customers and further development of existing customer relationships • Increase regional sales through targeted sales strategies and value-based selling • Conduct regional market and potential analyses to identify additional sales opportunities • Plan and implement independent sales activities in close coordination with the sales management • Organize and run regional events for farmers • Build and maintain a reliable regional network within agricultural practice • Actively participate in regional and national Yara projects

🎯 Exigences

• Successfully completed degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable program; alternatively, relevant agricultural or commercial vocational training with appropriate professional experience • Sales experience is an advantage • Strong regional network with farms, trading partners and advisors • Entrepreneurial mindset, independent working style and good time management • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) • Good command of English • Willingness to travel regularly, primarily in northern and eastern Germany
