Description

• Own and refine the end-to-end sales funnel and operational metric tracking process. • Design, build, and optimize reporting structures (including weekly/monthly KPI trackers and QBR inputs). • Serve as the go-to expert for analytic support, leveraging skills in Excel modeling and SQL knowledge. • Deliver executive-level strategic analysis and deep dives, translating complex data into actionable business strategies.

🎯 Exigences

• 2+ years of work experience in a high-growth environment within Sales/Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting. • Track record of driving significant, measurable business outcomes. • Passionately curious about data, utilizing exceptional Excel modeling skills and experience in SQL (joins, subqueries). • Demonstrated success in taking complex, ambiguous problems, using data to find the root cause, and translating those findings into clear strategies. • Desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and proactively identify opportunities for process and strategy improvement. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
