Description

• Support international and retail launches by owning inbound logistics plans, including lead times, shipping schedules, and first-stock delivery to 3PLs and retail distribution centres • Translate retail partner requirements such as routing guides, labelling, ASNs, case and pallet specifications into instructions for 3PLs and freight partners • Check inbound deliveries against retail partner requirements • Support importer-of-record, distributor, and account setups with Legal/Regulatory and Finance • Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments, bookings, Incoterms, customs documentation, and delivery appointments • Track shipment milestones, in-transit inventory, service risks, and landed-cost drivers • Escalate freight delays, customs blockers, and partner issues with proactive recommendations • Manage daily inventory operations, including purchase-order processing, goods receipts, BOM upkeep, and offline fulfilment tracking • Maintain 3PL portal accuracy, investigate stock issues, and perform month-end count reconciliations • Support supplier onboarding by coordinating QA paperwork, contracts, and system setups • Track operational inputs for EPR packaging, product registrations, and local compliance requirements • Convert post-launch learnings into repeatable templates and playbooks for future market expansions

🎯 Exigences

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management • Preferably experience within FMCG, CPG, or fast-growing retail brands • Solid understanding of international shipping and customs documentation • Knowledge of Incoterms • Understanding of physical retail logistics, including routing guides, ASNs, and delivery windows • Experience with ERPs, inventory management tools, and 3PL web portals • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous execution • Experience with food, beverage, or health and wellness products subject to regulatory oversight is nice to have • Familiarity with EPR packaging compliance and country-specific registration processes is nice to have • Track record of building playbooks or SOPs from scratch during rapid company scaling is nice to have
