📋 Description

• Lead infrastructure deployment projects from kickoff through production, including rack-and-stack, cabling, provisioning, and documentation • Coordinate project needs across Data Center Infrastructure, Procurement, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Infrastructure teams • Create and maintain BOMs, deployment documentation, rack elevations, and cable matrices • Develop and support automation and scripting efforts to improve deployment consistency and efficiency • Validate compatibility and readiness of compute, storage, network hardware, and supporting data center power infrastructure before deployment • Participate in product enablement by deploying and validating hardware for new offerings • Keep DCIM tools (NetBox / Nlyte) and tracking tools updated to reflect deployed infrastructure • Support remote site work by building documentation and guidance for DC technicians and remote hands • Travel occasionally to data centers for project execution, audits, or support • Handle company data and information in accordance with company agreements, procedures, and policies • Follow company policies, data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related work experience required • 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in service-provider or enterprise-scale data centers • Experience leading technical infrastructure projects and coordinating across multiple internal teams • Strong working knowledge of VMware, Cisco UCS, Cohesity, HPE, or similar service provider scale hardware and software platforms • Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) preferred • Capable of managing BOMs, cable matrices, and infrastructure documentation from initial build through production deployment • Familiarity with the physical deployment and maintenance of hardware in a data center operations environment • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Able to travel on a limited basis for major site builds or upgrades and lift 50 lbs when onsite • Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship • Able to perform each essential function satisfactorily • Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
