• Drive sales growth and organic growth among key customers in the territory, targeting existing and new end users • Deliver training presentations to customers and distribution partners, raise awareness among industry professionals and promote 3M solutions • Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to contribute to market studies, new product launches and promotional projects • Personal development: deepen product and regulatory knowledge through self-directed learning and company training programs
🎯 Requirements
• College diploma • Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, governmental or military environment • Valid driver's license • Bilingual (French and English) • Bachelor's degree/college diploma or higher (obtained and verified prior to start of employment) • Diploma in health and safety or sales from an accredited institution • Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, governmental or military environment • Key account management – strategic sales management – negotiation skills – customer relationship management
