📋 Description

• Carry out the analytics implementation and help define and follow best practices for our Adobe Analytics deployment. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to understand their requirements and instrument data capture accordingly. • Help to ensure that both ingestion of Adobe data into our data lake and the integration of the Adobe stack is always working well. • Have a leading role in building, maintaining and improving a cutting-edge reporting infrastructure. • Support and influence decision-making around content, product and commerce performance and development. • Support the development and encourage the use of self-serve tools within TMG. Provide advice, support and training to TMG staff.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. • High level of English proficiency required to interact with a globally-based development team. • Communicate in a clear and understandable manner with clients. • Natural leader with critical reasoning and good decision making skills. • Good knowledge on SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs. • Operational excellence in design methodologies and architectural patterns across multiple platforms. • Ability to work on multiple parallel projects and utilize time management skills and multitasking capabilities. • Experience leading Agile software development methodologies. • Demonstrate mentorship and thought leadership to engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization. • Good understanding of Javascript, CSS, and HTML is essential. • Understanding of online metrics, tracking methodologies, online analytical techniques and 'Real Time' reporting. • Technical understanding of web analytics implementation. • Experience or willingness to learn SQL, R, Python is desirable. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
