• 3-7 years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or performance sales with a track record of exceeding quota • A startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building from zero to one • Strong network across brand direct and agency partners • Proven success selling emerging or category-defining solutions • Ability to educate and build trust around new or non-traditional offerings • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; strong consultative selling approach • Genuine curiosity and passion for AI, media innovation, and performance marketing
