📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow participation and trading volumes in power and gas products. • Identify and acquire new clients, while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. • Act as the primary commercial contact for energy clients, with an initial focus on Europe-based participants. • Work closely with product, operations, and risk teams based in Singapore to ensure client needs and feedback are effectively integrated. • Provide market insights, client intelligence, and competitive positioning to support internal strategy and product development. • Represent the Exchange and Clearing House at relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant sales or business development experience in power and gas markets, preferably in an exchange, broker, trading house, or clearing environment. • Strong understanding of energy trading (physical and financial), market structure, and regulatory environment in Europe. • Proven track record of client engagement, especially with energy traders, utilities, or commercial participants. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work independently. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
