📋 Description

• Support Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Disease commercial strategy to align and partner with the NHS and private sectors • Maximize the division’s sales and margin goals within the rapid molecular diagnostic sector • Provide technical expertise, training and support for the entire product portfolio • Accelerate the sales cycle through product demonstrations, sharing technical education and supporting with verification and validation • Own the implementation process for new business opportunities to ensure post-sale success • Support and upsell in existing accounts by adding value through training, education and trouble shooting • Lead connectivity for all new instruments in region, ensuring a rapid implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or higher in Business, Biological Science, Nursing or a related field • Proven technical experience in the medical devices industry is preferred • Knowledge of rapid diagnostic and POCT industry practices in a relevant clinical field is preferred • Experience delivering informative and engaging education and training to HCPs • Good knowledge of the UK healthcare industry, NHS, and private healthcare providers • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain positive relationships and build strong links with all departments • Self-starter with flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment • Excellent organisational, facilitation, and presentation skills • Good knowledge and experience in medical devices, diagnostic equipment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various CRM systems • Good understanding of NHS operations and environmental regulations
