📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage by phone, text, and email before hearing dates • Negotiate attorney fees, handle counteroffers, extend above-standard offers when needed, and protect margins • Triage competing and at-risk hearings and make quick judgment calls • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps • Onboard new attorneys, answer questions, and provide ongoing support • Update law-firm clients on hearing status • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline data • Identify recurring coverage gaps and suggest process improvements in team meetings • Work against daily metrics for coverage speed, dropped hearings, portfolio efficiency, and cost targets • Coordinate daily coverage, resolve scheduling and conflict issues, prepare the next day’s coverage, and hand off outstanding work

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service • Comfortable and efficient on the phone • Strong verbal and written communication • Ability to manage many open items simultaneously without letting anything slip • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure • Comfortable learning new platforms quickly • High school diploma or equivalent • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time • Preferred: experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or high-volume call-center/outbound environments • Preferred: track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role • Preferred: familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools • Preferred: exposure to legal, court, or collections operations • Preferred: familiarity with Mac OS and Google Workspace
