📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage by phone, text, and email before hearing dates • Negotiate attorney fees, handle counteroffers, and protect margins while securing coverage • Prioritize competing hearings and triage a fast-moving pipeline • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps • Onboard and support attorneys and answer their questions • Update law firms on hearing status • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline data • Identify recurring coverage gaps and suggest process improvements in huddles and team meetings • Monitor daily metrics including coverage speed, dropped hearings, workload efficiency, and cost targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation • Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication • Organized and able to manage many open items simultaneously • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms • High school diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or high-volume call-center/outbound environments (preferred) • Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools (preferred) • Exposure to legal, court, or collections operations (preferred) • Comfortable with Mac OS and Google Workspace (preferred) • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time
