📋 Description

• Managing the full bid lifecycle, ensuring bids move smoothly through governance, approvals and internal milestones • Coordinating cross‑functional contributors across Solutions, Finance, Legal, Delivery and SMEs • Driving timelines, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining momentum in high‑pressure environments • Working closely with Bid Directors and Capture Directors to support the overall win strategy • Ensuring every submission is compliant, compelling and delivered to the highest quality standard

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value, multi‑solution bids, ideally within public sector or similarly regulated environments • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior, cross‑functional teams • The ability to operate calmly under pressure, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines • A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail • Experience navigating governance, approvals and structured bid processes • Experience with large‑scale public sector programmes is highly desirable, as is exposure to long‑cycle or high‑TCV opportunities.
