📋 Description

• Produce major shareholding disclosures and ensure regulatory obligations are met accurately and on time • Monitor and calculate reportable positions and proactively escalate approaching thresholds • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities across global markets • Work with Risk, Compliance and third-party providers to maintain effective reporting processes • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and risk reduction • Support regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, regulatory reporting, legal or compliance • Understanding of Major Shareholding Reporting rules across one or many jurisdictions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong IT skills and interest in process improvement • Experience within the investment management industry
