📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a purpose-led, committed team • Maximise immediate market opportunities in neurodevelopmental assessments and talking therapies • Maximise the potential of bringing our neurodevelopmental and digital mental health services together • Shape our future mental health service offering and go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience within a mental health environment. • Successfully leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across complex services or multiple locations. • Accountability for budgets and the delivery of financial, commercial and growth targets. • Developing trusted relationships with clients, commissioners and key stakeholders to support growth and service excellence. • Strong operational and commercial acumen. • A solid understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including mental health services, commissioning and NHS pathways. • Exceptional leadership and people development skills. • A growth mindset, using data, insight and innovation to identify opportunities and exceed business objectives.
