In just over 3 years we’ve partnered with 350+ retailers including the likes of FARFETCH, Currys, Samsung, HelloFresh and the H&M group. We are continuing to grow quickly, driving over £5m in retailer sales every month - we’ve achieved this without external investment (we’re fully bootstrapped and profitable).🛍️ We currently have 2 industry-disrupting products:1. Closed group offer verification - enables retailers to engage important segments like students, key workers, and specific age groups with exclusive discounts. Leveraging AI, we ensure instant and accurate verification. Check out the first Google result for “FARFETCH NHS discount” to see an example.2. White-label offer pages - help retailers convert more shoppers that google for discounts by creating a seamless, brand-owned discount page, diverting traffic from 3rd party websites. Check out the first Google result for “Currys discount code” to see an example.Underpinning both is the ability for brands to collect zero-party data. Helping brands build communities of students, key workers and discount-savvy shoppers. 📋 Description

• Own the company operating rhythm and lead cross-functional projects • Strengthen the operational foundations of the business by identifying pain points and designing solutions • Improve tooling, documentation, access management and new-starter setup • Make complex cross-functional work progress by leading operational projects • Maintain the company rhythm including all-hands, quarterly planning and reviews • Line manage the People Lead, Senior Ops Manager, and Finance Manager ensuring alignment to company priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ownership and follow-through in ambiguous environments • Sound judgment and comfort making trade-offs with incomplete information • Breadth across multiple operational areas, rather than a narrow specialist profile • Systems thinking, with evidence of building workflows people actually use • A hands-on approach to improving existing processes and making them clearer, faster and more reliable • Commercial awareness and comfort working with business numbers • Cross-functional credibility and the ability to move work through others • Pace, pragmatism, and good judgment on what is worth building properly versus solving simply • The ability to approach functional work strategically - not just completing tasks, but asking whether they should exist, how to systematise them, and what doing them well makes possible • Comfort using tools such as Airtable, Make, OpenAI, Claude or similar to build practical operating improvements
