• Bachelor’s Degree • 5-7 years of consulting, customer support, relationship management/account executive, or sales experience • Have sound knowledge and experience within financial services and/or trade surveillance, ecommunication archiving/surveillance, or Code of Ethics tools • Entrepreneurial spirit with at least 5+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying client-facing sales role • Client presentation experience to manage escalations, projects and support cross/upsell would be preferred • Prior experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise software (desirable) • Prior experience with professional services (desirable) • Demonstrated professional integrity • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
