📋 Description

• Lead strategic prospecting and outreach to identify enterprise and mid-market opportunities across diverse industries • Build and nurture long-term client relationships that lead to meaningful, recurring business • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and solutioning to proposal, negotiation, and closing • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client goals, challenges, and success metrics • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, while upholding Acclaro’s values and reputation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Engineering, Operations, Talent) to co-create winning client strategies • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility through HubSpot CRM and regular leadership reporting • Stay current on localization trends, tools, and technologies to position Acclaro as a strategic advisor • Optimize your efforts by focusing on high-potential accounts that align with Acclaro’s growth vision • Represent Acclaro at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling localization services and/or technology solutions • Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience • Are a self-starter with a strong “hunter” mentality and a track record of closing $500K+ deals • Thrive in consultative selling and long-cycle enterprise negotiations • Are fluent in managing complex stakeholder environments (internally and on the client side) • Communicate with clarity and purpose, both in writing and in person • Are highly organized and detail-driven, especially with CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Have experience working in a remote, global, and collaborative environment.
