📋 Description

• Prepare engineering estimates in a timely manner according to client requirements • Check incident circumstances against estimated work to determine whether damage could be related to the incident • Check that estimated costs are fair and reasonable • Check estimates against customer-specific rates when a network repairer is allocated • Amend estimates to correct customer-specific rates when a network repairer is allocated • Negotiate with non-network repairers to reduce inflated costs • Authorise incident-related repair work • Correctly value vehicles for total losses • Support repair journeys for drivers involved in road incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering background and body shop experience • Experience using Audatex • Experience using the Case Management System • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication
