📋 Description

• Support ownership and maintenance of the claims management product roadmap • Define and prioritise product requirements based on customer and internal stakeholder needs • Build relationships with customers, including First Central and Arval, to gather feedback and validate features • Act as the voice of the customer within the business • Engage stakeholders across sopp+sopp, Activate Collision Solutions, and other internal teams • Translate roadmap priorities into features, user stories, and deliverables with the Product Owner, Head of Product, and development teams • Ensure delivery teams understand product decisions and their purpose • Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and data teams to maintain a high-quality, intuitive, measurable platform • Monitor claims management, motor insurance, and fleet trends • Identify opportunities for automation and data-led product improvements • Define and track product metrics, performance, and ROI • Contribute to best practices in product management processes, tools, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, InsurTech, or claims and insurance technology sectors • Track record of delivering successful products from concept to market • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language • Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment • Comfortable working across multiple internal brands and stakeholder groups • Familiarity with modern UX/UI practices • Knowledge of insurance, claims, or fleet management industries is desirable but not essential
