📋 Description

• Own and maintain product roadmaps aligned with Activate Group's wider product strategy • Define and prioritise product requirements based on OEM compliance needs, market trends, and business goals • Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners including BMW & MINI UK, McLaren, Volkswagen Group and Toyota • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for enhancement • Act as the voice of the customer within the business • Engage with senior stakeholders across Activate Group and Avant Consult • Partner with the Head of Product and development teams to translate roadmap priorities into features, user stories, and deliverables • Ensure delivery teams understand the reasoning behind product decisions • Work with QA, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure products are high quality, intuitive, and measurable • Monitor automotive, OEM compliance, and total loss trends • Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and data-led product improvements • Define and track key product metrics • Contribute to best practices in product management processes, tools, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally within automotive, OEM, SaaS, or technology sectors • Track record of delivering successful products from concept to market • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, including experience managing relationships with large corporate partners • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language • Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment • Familiarity with modern UX/UI practices • Knowledge of, or experience within, the automotive or OEM industry is desirable but not essential • Experience with compliance, auditing, or total loss processes is desirable but not essential
