📋 Description

• Own the MCP product strategy and roadmap through an adoption lens • Own the activation and adoption pathway through research, usage analysis, and product and go-to-market investments • Champion CLI power users, agent builders, and tool-calling developers across Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT • Run customer pilots and proof of concepts and turn engagements into showcases, reference stories, and adoption plays • Build demos, playbooks, documentation, and enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams • Document MCP toolpoints, agents, and integration patterns • Partner with the MCP engineering lead on product development, launches, and adoption • Bring customer use cases, research findings, and adoption data into engineering decisions • Act as the internal front door for MCP and maintain visibility into tool coverage and capability gaps • Collaborate with the Smart Assist team on a coherent customer experience • Own business metrics and data signals with Business Intelligence • Author product briefs and use-case narratives • Drive cross-functional alignment from concept to general availability • Represent MCP in leadership reviews, customer engagements, and external events • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and monetisation decisions • Mentor incoming PMs and share platform and persona knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including delivering high-impact features and driving adoption within enterprise SaaS or B2B software products • Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling; experience with MCP or agent platforms is a must • Strong customer discovery, synthesis, and product decision-making skills • Track record of driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product • Demonstrated field enablement and storytelling ability • Experience running customer pilots or proof of concepts and converting them into product evidence and reference stories • Data-driven approach to adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics • Ability to navigate technically complex, ambiguous platform problem spaces and make scoping and prioritisation decisions • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, GTM, Customer Success, and Security • Technical fluency to participate credibly in architecture discussions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exposure to enterprise deployment complexity, regulated industries, and admin governance is a plus • Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
