• Engage inbound leads within five minutes of receipt, qualify needs, and route to the appropriate rep. • Execute marketing-defined outbound cadences and re-engage closed-lost opportunities to rekindle interest. • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely order booking; maintain opportunity hygiene and quote accuracy in Salesforce. • Track opportunity stages, follow up on stalled quotes, and drive clean hand-offs between sales and fulfillment. • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Fulfillment to ensure a frictionless buyer experience. • Maintain all lead and opportunity data in Salesforce, adhering to process standards and close documentation requirements.
• 3+ years in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Sales Operations, ideally with a manufacturer or technology provider serving cultivation, CEA, or horticulture. • Experience working in or selling to a cultivation facility is strongly preferred. • Able to talk with growers about environmental control, irrigation, or substrate management in plain language. • Proven ability to manage quotes and opportunities in Salesforce. • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to connect authentically with growers and operators. • Organized, process-driven, and self-directed; thrives in a fast-moving environment. • Comfortable with CRM, quoting tools, and marketing automation platforms.
