📋 Description

• Assist in delivering client campaigns and retail activation activities from planning through implementation • Serve as a primary daily contact for internal teams and clients • Manage and update project timelines, budgets, and documentation • Escalate issues and support resolution of delivery challenges • Coordinate with sourcing, creative, and production teams to align workstreams • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client reviews • Ensure compliance with brand, budget, and process standards • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, tools, and client engagement • **

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing, client services, or agency delivery • Print and POS experience • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Commercially aware with budget management experience • Italian or French language skills are a bonus • Accountable, structured, and solutions-focused; calm under pressure • Detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind • Collaborative, proactive, service-oriented, and adaptable • Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality work • In-market role: based in the client’s office daily • Experience across shopper, trade, or retail channels preferred • **
