• Ensure the best brands, the best stocks and the best prices on your portfolio. • Manage and expand key and strategic accounts. • Acquisition of new accounts through prospection and long-term development of existing partners. • Act as the privileged contact for brands, contributing to defining and implementing strategic business plans with key partners. • Identify growth opportunities across local and international markets, creating European synergies. • Understand partners’ business needs, drive sustainable growth and maximize portfolio performance. • Ensure delivery of commercial targets and leverage data for strategic decisions. • Work closely with sales analysts and cross-functional teams (marketing, planning, finance, production, supply chain) to maximize performance.
• +5 years experience as Key Account Manager or similar strategic commercial role • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset • Proven track record in prospecting, account management, strategic partnership development, and achieving sales targets • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex negotiations • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at different levels • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong perseverance and ownership • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment • Strong knowledge of Google Apps and Office Pack, especially GSheets, Slides, and Excel • Excellent local language and English language skills • Strong interest in digital commerce, brands, and market trends
