📋 Description

• You’ll own a single strategic partnership (OVO Energy) • Lead a small, strong team of three IC's - 2 x BDE and 1 x Ops Analyst • Collaborate closely with Tech to evolve one core product area • Drive a defined P&L and proposition end-to-end • You'll love this role if your partnership style is based on depth rather than breadth. This is about building and growing a strategically important partnership, developing a proposition over time, and creating meaningful commercial impact. • If you're motivated by ownership, influence and delivery - rather than managing large global teams or juggling dozens of partner relationships - this could be a brilliant role for you!

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in residential energy industry - you love all things energy! • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience developing and maximising B2B commercial partnerships - working with a major partner, e.g. OVO Energy. • Proven track record of coaching and leading small but high-performing business development teams focused on user growth. • Demonstrated ability to work with Tech/Product teams - shaping requirements, influencing prioritisation, and helping deliver product improvements. • Solid knowledge and understanding of a P&L sheet. • It would also be great if you have: Exceptional knowledge of the end-to-end lettings journey, especially the Move-in and Move-out process. Supported or influenced a product roadmap
