📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts across the UK&I, driving net revenue retention and expansion ARR • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with technical, commercial, and C-level stakeholders • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and map Vonage's CPaaS solutions, including SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Messaging, Voice, Video, Verify, and network powered solutions to their needs • Lead commercial conversations including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realisation • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce, and provide regular reporting to leadership • Represent Vonage at customer meetings, industry events, and roundtables across the UK&I

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B CPaaS, ideally in an account management or client growth role • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and expansion targets within a mid-market and enterprise segments • Ability to sell to both technical (developer, architect) and business (CX, Operations, Marketing) stakeholders • Familiarity with cloud communications, APIs is highly desirable • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM • Experience with outreach tools such as ZoomInfo • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrix organization
