• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers • Conduct regular account reviews and performance meetings • Ensure excellent client experience and long-term retention • Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts • Monitor account performance and pipeline opportunities • Work closely with internal sales and operations teams • Support smooth account transitions into the KAM function • Escalate and resolve key client issues effectively • Provide insight and feedback to senior leadership
• Proven experience in Account Management, Key Accounts, or B2B Sales • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills • Commercially minded with a consultative approach • Confident managing multiple high-value accounts • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely/hybrid
