β’ Proven sales or customer success experience within the Lending/Broker space with a track record of exceeding sales quota/targets β’ Self-motivated to execute against clear objectives and revenue targets β’ Knowledgeable of the commercial finance sector β’ Able to build commercial relationships with Executives, Director and owner level personas β’ A real problem solver, and an ability to de-escalate high tension situations β’ Consultative with strong selling experience, presentation and communication skills β’ Youβre able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity β’ Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
