• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, focusing on growth in existing accounts and acquiring new clients. • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Aerones’ overall business goals. • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, contractors, and government entities. • Conduct market research to understand the local competitive landscape and customer needs. • Drive the proposal process, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation of contracts and service agreements. • Work collaboratively with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction. • Work with key staff to establish and support partners in Asia Pacific (exc. China) • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales targets. • Represent Aerones at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the renewable energy, industrial services, or technology sectors. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful customer relationships. • Strong understanding of the wind energy market and operations, particularly maintenance services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite for reporting and analysis. • Ability to travel regionally as required. • Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language(s) is an advantage.
