📋 Description

• Architect 3D object detection models, including multimodal approaches using camera, LiDAR, and Radar • Build and maintain data collection and evaluation metrics pipelines • Develop a proprietary multimodal dataset for training and evaluation • Train, deploy, and monitor 2D/3D object detection models in production • Build and execute a roadmap for the perception system • Mentor junior engineers on best practices • Transform ground handling through autonomy for airlines and ground service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Deep Learning, or a related field • 7+ years of focused experience in architecting and deploying 2D/3D object detection models • Experience across the entire perception stack: sensing, preprocessing, detection, and tracking • Python proficiency • Ability to identify gaps and lead cross-functional projects • Experience architecting perception systems (detection and tracking) preferred • Full-stack autonomous vehicle knowledge preferred • Publications in major conferences such as CVPR, ICRA, NeurIPS, IJCAI, or AAAI preferred
