📋 Description

• Own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces end-to-end across the stack • Shape problems collaboratively with Product and Design using customer evidence • Build, ship, and iterate solutions with accountability for customer and business outcomes • Use AI, tooling, and automation to create leverage • Make trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term simplicity • Build tools, patterns, and workflows that help the company prototype, validate, and ship faster • Drive work from vague problem statements through shipped solutions to measurable impact

• Senior-level product engineering experience • Comfortable working across the stack • Ability to own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces end-to-end • Product-centric mindset focused on customer value • Ability to use AI as a core part of engineering and decision-making • Values simplicity, testability, and fast feedback • Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and end-to-end accountability • Ability to make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term simplicity • Strong judgement regarding correctness, safety, customer trust, AI validation, and human oversight
