🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a relevant field • Hands-on experience with sales or commercial activities • Knowledge of sales frameworks (BANT and SPIN Selling) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Results-oriented mindset • Ability to work effectively in a team • Empathetic communication and a genuine desire to understand customers' needs and frustrations • Determination to achieve increasingly ambitious results • Self-motivation to overcome customer resistance • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads • Familiarity with productivity best practices • Experience in B2B sales • Previous participation in a sales team • Knowledge of SaaS business models • Prior experience with CRM platforms, chat tools and WhatsApp
