📋 Description

• Develop and execute a district business plan and territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals. • Recruit, develop, and maintain a strong dealer network aligned with the company’s distribution strategy. • Build and maintain relationships with dealers and growers; provide agronomic recommendations and product placement guidance. • Champion the brand’s positioning, value proposition, and customer experience. • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager, Market Development Manager, and Marketing Communications team to plan and execute branded events. • Utilize CRM and internal systems to manage sales, inventory, and customer data accurately. • Monitor product performance and address customer inquiries. • Coordinate test plots, field days, and branded events to showcase products and drive engagement. • Maintain company vehicles and comply with company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agronomy, ag business, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of professional agricultural sales experience, preferably in the seed industry • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation is a plus • Must have valid driver’s license, meet company MVR requirements, and maintain CMV requirements
