📋 Description

• Manage high-exposure, multifaceted projects to ensure effective execution of Airalo’s strategy • Coordinate internal deliverables and external efforts for successful and timely project delivery • Represent Airalo as the project management interface to mobile networks, vendors, and service partners globally • Manage vendors and suppliers for timely, budget-compliant, high-quality delivery • Establish and maintain professional internal and external communication • Apply best practices and standards to improve the project governance framework • Define and measure project performance indicators • Track, drive, and report project status • Create project time plans covering vendors, deliverables, milestones, and critical paths • Analyze risks, define mitigation plans, and proactively act on them • Make decisions regarding resource leveling and project prioritization • Ensure quality assurance practices are applied in cooperation with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams • Manage and assure regulatory compliance for projects targeting new markets • Orchestrate Legal and Product Management efforts when needed • Coordinate technical activities for integrating new networks into the existing Airalo platform • Serve as the first-level escalation point for project shortcomings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry • Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects • Sound understanding of eSIM technology and use cases • Understanding of mobile roaming use cases, including passive/active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming • Knowledge and experience with Project Management Methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile • State-of-the-art project planning and execution skills, including scope, time, budget, resource management, dependencies, critical path, risk management, and status reporting • Problem-solving attitude • Excellent business-fluent English skills in writing, speaking, and reading • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM training and certification are good to have • Basic understanding of telecommunications network technologies such as Mobile Core and OSS/BSS is nice to have • International working experience is highly preferred
