📋 Description

• Lead application discovery and stakeholder working sessions with application owners and technical subject matter experts • Retrieve, validate, and reconcile application inventory, configuration items, dependencies, and ownership in ServiceNow CMDB • Coordinate updates with the CMDB team • Create and maintain requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, and traceability in Jama Connect or comparable platforms • Develop detailed migration schedules, dependency trackers, and critical paths • Coordinate technical delivery teams through hour-by-hour cutover plans • Produce migration plans, wave packages, execution runbooks, readiness packages, Go/No-Go materials, and acceptance documentation • Coordinate change management activities, including RFCs, CAB approvals, and production release windows • Lead a migration team and remain accountable for assigned applications from planning through acceptance • Escalate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies to program leadership • Facilitate stakeholder decisions and resolve issues under time pressure during migration windows • Support a large-scale enterprise cloud migration from on-premises data centers to Azure and AWS

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Minimum eight years of business analysis, application modernization, or complex IT migration program experience • Experience leading application discovery and stakeholder working sessions • Strong application architecture literacy, including integrations, databases, and infrastructure dependencies • Experience developing detailed project schedules, managing dependencies, and coordinating technical delivery teams • Experience producing migration plans, execution runbooks, readiness packages, and acceptance documentation • Strong facilitation, communication, documentation, and issue resolution skills • Ability to work on complex problems without appreciable direction and provide functional leadership to team members • Cloud migration experience in Azure or AWS • Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience, including configuration item relationships and dependency analysis • Experience using Jama Connect or comparable requirements and test management platforms • Familiarity with change management, CAB approvals, and production release windows • Business analysis or project management certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP • Federal program delivery experience • Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical use in IT delivery or cloud environments
