📋 Description

• Developing new business with customers to achieve sales targets • Maintaining and optimizing existing relationships and managing business with existing keys customers • Providing feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management • Maintaining and upholding an excellent company image

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of all IOLs • Ability to detail the full portfolio of IOL products • Ability to competitively position Clareon vs. modified/advanced monofocals • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both technically and interpersonally • Ability to interact with all levels of authority, tailoring messages to audiences and listen to other views • Customer oriented mindset and strong customer relationship management • Flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal orientated mindset with a strong sense of drive • Strong logical and analytical skills to solve problems, ability to work independently and be proactive • Strong business decision making, based on data, fairness, and consistency
