• Provide leadership in the South region • Manage and operate a regional Surveying Services team • Achieve business objectives and provide clients with high quality surveying service • Identify and assist the Operations Director, Surveying, to convert new business opportunities • Develop and manage the Regional Surveying Services Team through optimum use of resources • Ensure performance objectives are achieved and achieve a high level of competence among staff • Collaborate with other managers and business units to enhance client satisfaction • Help identify Audit improvements and ensure implementation of change measures • Manage a personal case load and revenue generation appropriate for the regional team size
• 5+ years of relevant experience • Excellent knowledge of building construction, health & safety, and contract management • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Good degree of IT competency and literacy • Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example • Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team, and in isolation • Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards • Team leader experience is desirable, but not essential
