• Develop and execute customer-focused trade marketing strategies that drive category growth • Partnering closely with Key Account Managers and key retail customers to develop Joint Business Plans • Creating and implementing innovative trade marketing programmes, promotional campaigns, and category management initiatives • Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Professional Education, Sales, and Commercial teams • Analyzing customer performance, market trends, shopper insights, and competitive activity • Measuring programme effectiveness and communicating results to stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, or a related discipline • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Management, Key Account Management, or a related commercial function • Experience working directly with external customers and retail partners • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into commercially impactful actions • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills • Experience within healthcare, FMCG, consumer goods, medical devices, or optical/vision care industries is advantageous
