📋 Description

• As a Growth Development Representative I (GDR I) at Aledade Inc, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our network by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. • You will play a vital role in identifying primary care practices interested in joining our network and initiating meaningful conversations to understand their needs. • The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, highly motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills. • We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within eastern time zone hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
