📋 Description

• Provide project support to the Carrier Relations team • Maintain the SharePoint database and Carrier Approval Directory • Support review and administration of carrier requests workflows on SharePoint • Process, review, and assign new market requests on AlliantNet • Route approved new markets for departmental approvals and AMS setup • Assist with M&A book review and company vetting using A.M. Best, Epic, and market approval records • Facilitate contract reviews among Business, Carrier Relations, and Legal teams • Process and track contract redlines and finalize changes for execution • Build, coordinate, and rebrand SharePoint datasheets for Carrier Relations needs and acquired companies or Leveraged Hires • Maintain Producer Code tracking for new and existing office locations • Maintain Carrier Relations procedures and provide workflow improvement insights • Use Epic for client and carrier lookups, including identifying Producer/Account Manager contacts and active market codes • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two (2) or more years of related work experience • One (1) or more years of experience using SharePoint • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills • Advanced research skills • Exceptional ability to work within a team • Exceptional ability to multitask on multiple high-priority projects • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and adaptive in an evolving organization • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
