📋 Description

• Contribute to the design and delivery of a cashflow funding product for underserved SME borrowers • Originate, structure and execute new cashflow funding facilities • Promote awareness within regional professional services communities • Identify opportunities compatible with Allica’s risk appetite and required returns • Gather and analyse financial information and present accurate, balanced proposals to Underwriting • Negotiate and agree terms with target businesses • Oversee facility documentation and pre-commencement requirements to close transactions efficiently • Advocate for the product with colleagues throughout the bank • Comply with mandatory policies and develop and follow operational procedures • Initially help develop and launch the cashflow finance product • Manage relationships and ongoing risk for a portfolio of cashflow clients

🎯 Requirements

• An in-depth understanding of the SME lending market, specifically non-tangibly secured cashflow lending • An established network of potential new business introducers active in the SME financing market • Demonstrable experience successfully originating, structuring and managing facilities of this type in the target segment • Ability to interpret detailed financial information, including balance sheets and cash forecasting • Ability to assess funding requirements and model the impact of sensitivities to forecasts • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships • Applicants must reside in the UK • Applicants must already reside in the UK in most cases where sponsorship is required
