📋 Description

• Corporate Controlling: Develop and manage group-wide planning guidelines and high-quality reporting packages. • Stakeholder Reporting: Support the monthly preparation of group reporting to ensure transparency and quality. • Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management: Prepare plans and forecasts for the balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital. • M&A Controlling: Support acquisitions and data analyses, including substantive review of target companies. • Internal Reporting & Business Partnering: Produce performance-oriented analyses for core markets and sales channels. • TM1 Development & Process Automation: Enhance the Planning Analytics system and drive process automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance and/or controlling, or a comparable qualification • 5+ years of experience in corporate controlling, group controlling, or financial planning & analysis • Knowledge of consolidation, group reporting, and planning • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial interrelationships • Digital native with knowledge of OLAP databases (ideally IBM TM1/Planning Analytics) or motivation to gain deep expertise in this area • Enjoys cross-functional collaboration in an international environment within a matrix organization • High quality standards, proactivity, and a drive to make things better • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, solution-oriented hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
