πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting across priority verticals β€’ Own activity and pipeline-generation targets: call volumes, connection rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities β€’ Build structured call frameworks, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach strategies, and persona-based messaging β€’ Run daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, call coaching sessions, and live floor coaching β€’ Monitor SDR performance through dashboards and enforce high standards of activity, data hygiene, and follow-through β€’ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to optimise lead routing, ICP definition, and feedback loops β€’ Collaborate with RevOps to refine workflows, dispositions, reporting, and the SDR β†’ AE handover process β€’ Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs quickly and effectively

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2–4+ years’ experience managing SDRs/BDRs in a high-activity outbound environment (SaaS or fintech strongly preferred) β€’ Track record of building SDRs into consistent top performers β€’ Deep knowledge of modern prospecting: call frameworks, multichannel outreach, sequencing, objection handling β€’ Comfortable owning and enforcing activity expectations β€’ Data-driven operator who reads dashboards, spots gaps, and acts fast β€’ Strong communicator with high standards, high energy, and a coaching mindset β€’ Experience with Salesloft, Attio/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong (or equivalents)
