β’ Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting across priority verticals β’ Own activity and pipeline-generation targets: call volumes, connection rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities β’ Build structured call frameworks, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach strategies, and persona-based messaging β’ Run daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, call coaching sessions, and live floor coaching β’ Monitor SDR performance through dashboards and enforce high standards of activity, data hygiene, and follow-through β’ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to optimise lead routing, ICP definition, and feedback loops β’ Collaborate with RevOps to refine workflows, dispositions, reporting, and the SDR β AE handover process β’ Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs quickly and effectively
β’ 2β4+ yearsβ experience managing SDRs/BDRs in a high-activity outbound environment (SaaS or fintech strongly preferred) β’ Track record of building SDRs into consistent top performers β’ Deep knowledge of modern prospecting: call frameworks, multichannel outreach, sequencing, objection handling β’ Comfortable owning and enforcing activity expectations β’ Data-driven operator who reads dashboards, spots gaps, and acts fast β’ Strong communicator with high standards, high energy, and a coaching mindset β’ Experience with Salesloft, Attio/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong (or equivalents)
